On June 11, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., the Skulpturenmuseum will celebrate the first summer at the temporary museum in Marl-Hüls with music, cold drinks and a lot of art! It is supported by the Freundeskreis Habakuk. It is the first time celebrating after the extensive move from the well-known rooms of the former Glaskasten in the town hall.

In addition to food and drinks, a varied program provides cultural entertainment throughout the day. The beginning of the event will be accompanied by the five-piece band "Blaskasten", which will fill the room around the museum with a mix of funk and pop music. The artist and musician Fion Pellacini, on the other hand, will acoustically and atmospherically transform the interior of the museum from 6 p.m. with a sound performance. Every hour there is also the opportunity to take part in short guided tours through the exhibition "Christian Odzuck - A piece of marl" and to learn more about the nature and context of the filigree sculptures. A colorful handicraft station will provide fun and games for the younger audience.
